This blog is about making people understand the amazing treatment/therapy of Reflexology. If you have never tried it, i suggest that you do. Points on your feet correspond with organs and systems of the body and pressure applied to these areas benefit the person's health. Reflexogy is a relaxing therapy and people find that they gain a sense of peace and are able to relax completely during the session. Regular sessions work best and can be used alongside conventional medicines to support the healing process. The benefits includes, stress, anxiety, digestion, IBS, repiratory problems, headaches, period pain and menopausal symptoms to name just a few.
Being a Reiki Healer, i choose to add this modality to my business as i believe the two complement each other very well. This form of therapy is an age old practice. Many ancient cultures for example the Egyptians believed the feet were the key towards becoming a higher being. Reflexology is certainly a worthwhile therapy providing you with health benefits.
